ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

This Shelves-To-Go unit comes with a one year limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. If, at any time within one year of your purchase, the Shelves-To-Go unit proves to be defective, simply return the unit to Shelves-To-Go, LLC. at the address indicated below along with a brief written description of the problem and proof of purchase. Shelves-To-Go, LLC will, at its sole discretion, either replace the defective unit with a new unit of similar capabilities, or refund the full purchase price to you.

This warranty does not cover problems caused by or related to abuse, misuse, ordinary wear, overloading, failure to follow directions, or improper handling or maintenance. Also consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. There are no warranties, either express or implied, which extend beyond the description and term on the face hereof.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
